Welcome to our cattery. We are located in the sunniest city in all of Canada, Medicine Hat, Alberta. Our cattery started in 2019 which is dedicated and in love with the Maine Coon breed and their unique traits. Maine Coons have a fetish for water, can learn to play fetch, are extremely docile, calm and loving in nature. They also do well with canine friends and make a great companion overall. All kittens are handled from birth to experience and learn that humans only want to love them. As a result, they are very friendly, cuddly, affectionate and of course they love to play! Our cattery is comprised mostly of European bred lines that have been imported from overseas. Thus, they are the exotic Maine Coon type. These features are passed to the offspring with that adorable grumpy look we all adore. We are a small cattery and only offer a few litters a year which are raised in home. Kittens are posted after first vet check is complete, only then are they are available for adoption holds. Additional information can be found scrolling down.

Our kittens are safely desexed at 4 months of age at the recommendation of our veterinarian and we attend all surgeries as well. It's been observed first hand (while attending surgeries over the years) that a few females had started ovulation at only 4 months. Pregnancy at that young of age could result in severe complications, including death. Nature as they say can be cruel at times. As their guardians we ensure that isn't possible, so kittens are desexed before leaving. Also, while being under sedation that's when they are microchipped, so they don't have to feel any unnecessary pain. If you are waiting for your kitten, you will be contacted as soon as surgery is completed for your peace of mind that they are in recovery.

It is with your support that time and effort is put into breeding these majestic felines.

Our males have been shipped here to Canada from overseas and because of the long process of getting them here safely, it has been decided all kittens are homed as pets only. Therefore, no breeding rights will be offered for kittens and/or stud services.
There's no guarantee on size. All sizes may vary, but males are known to grow larger than females. The weights can range from 12 lbs-30 lbs on average. Diet, exercise and age are all contributing factors to determine how big a Maine Coon will get.
Yes, our kittens are vigorously vet checked starting at one month of age and continue visits every month until they are fully vaccinated and desexed. They come desexed with 3 boosters including rabies and microchipped (with traceability in all of Canada.) They are held back an additional week after surgery before they are allowed to leave.
All kittens leave after being desexed. So yes, you can wait but boarding fees will apply and the kitten will be held back in the breeders care until surgery is complete.
Absolutely! Maine Coons are long haired cats that need to be groomed frequently. The reasons are to avoid matting and ingesting too much hair, which can result in hairballs.
Yes. We offer a one year congenital defect guarantee. Also, included is one month free pet insurance with Turpanion. It is strongly recommended to continue with the pet insurance until your kitten is one year of age. This way you will have peace of mind and protection should any incidents or accidents occur.
Yes, by appointment and a $20 nominal fee will be required to schedule an appointment to view. It takes time out of our day to make the showings possible and the fee will go towards the kitten if adopted. Kittens are viewed at our home in Medicine Hat, AB offsite from our farm based facility. This is for two reasons. First and foremost is to protect the cattery from infectious diseases and parasites. For example, all new cats coming into our cattery serve one month quarantine. They must pass FeLv and FIP testing before ever meeting the resident cats. Diseases such as these are detrimental to any cattery. Every effort is taken to protect our Maine Coons, so unfortunately that means people are not allowed at the main breeding facility. Secondly, it is to make it easier for potential clients so they have less travel. All visitors must wash their hands before viewing our kittens. All visitors must remain seated while handling our kittens to reduce the possibility of accidental injury. Any reserved kittens will not be brought to our viewing facility for other potential clients to see and/or handle out of respect to the new owner. Lastly, please know which kitten you want to see prior to booking your appointment.
